DL-GF-100 automatic tube filler sealer is a great innovation, reliability, and rationality of tube filling and sealing equipment. All working processes synchronously, starting from loading, auto-feeding, sealing, and coding online. It is controlled by the displayed panel directly, installing a Touch screen and PLC controlling system.

Machine equipped with different kinds of clamps which suit all-plastic tubes/compounded tubes and fold metal tube’s bottom with two-layer, three-layer, or saddle shape, it is easy to make different sized tubes with various shaped bottoms according to user’s requirement.
We use a piston quantitative filling valve to control filling volume and the jet nozzle stretches into tubes to avoid material staining on tubes or affecting sealing. Automatically detect tube direction upside, inversion can accurately monitor upside down tube and No tube no filling sensor will machine work process exactly. The machine has alarms when an error occurs and will be stopped automatically if the door opens, or there is overloading.

There are stations on a machine with different systems:
- Automatic Dropping
Tubes are put in reservoirs by hand and the machine takes them automatically from there and puts them in molds which are designed specially for required packages. Tubes are taken from the reservoir automatically with a vacuum system and put in molds one by one then pushed inside molds with the piston. This station is so important for high-capacity machines.
- Filling
Depending on the required weight range, it is adjustable. Also depends on the product can be a different system, can be a double jacket heater or mixer in a hopper, also can use a servo system. Filling system design is so important for the machine.
- Tube Turning
Before the sealing station needs to be turned on the correct side, the brand should be on the front side. With the sensor, it will turn and pass to the sealing station. we use a photocell sensor for turning.
- Sealing
Tube sealing with a heating or folding system depends on the package material. While sealing, it can be dating. Sealing timings and temperatures are adjustable from the screen depending on the material type. Also in this station dating can be used too, while sealing dating on it with part numbers or any other information.
- Exit
After all stations, it will go out from the mold and can get from the exit station.
